Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BeeMath LAB (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use beemathlab.com and the BeeMath LAB service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: your name and email address, and your chosen plan.
  • Content you create: the worksheets and projects you build, and any images you upload to your inventory.
  • Payment information: handled by our third-party payment provider. We receive limited details such as your plan and payment status; we do not collect or store your full card number.
  • Technical & usage data: basic information such as device/browser type, IP address, and logs that help us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Local storage: the editor may store your in-progress work and preferences in your browser (e.g., local storage / IndexedDB) so you don’t lose work.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and your account;
  • to save, sync, and render your worksheets and uploaded images;
  • to process subscriptions and payments and manage your plan;
  • to communicate with you about your account, security, and support;
  • to detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Store & Protect Data

Account data and your content are stored with our cloud database and authentication provider. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

4. Third Parties We Share With

We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers such as:

  • our cloud database / authentication provider (account and content storage);
  • our payment provider (processing payments and subscriptions);
  • our hosting and content-delivery providers (serving the application).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without them.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your projects at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data except where we must retain it for legal, accounting, or security reasons.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@beemathlab.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is designed for educators and other adults, not for children. Accounts are not intended for, and should not be created by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate protection for such transfers as required by applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
