Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and BeeMath LAB (“BeeMath LAB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the BeeMath LAB website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), available at beemathlab.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BeeMath LAB is an online tool that lets educators design, generate, customize, print, and export (e.g., as PDF) math worksheets and related teaching materials, including equations, fractions, visual counting, ten-frames, number bonds, and similar activities, with automatically generated answer keys. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Service is intended for adults (such as teachers, tutors, and parents). You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing

  • Paid access is offered through subscription plans (e.g., monthly and annual) and a one-time “lifetime” plan. Prices and features are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge your payment method on each renewal.
  • Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your purchase is also subject to that provider’s terms.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for cancellations and refunds.
  • Account creation requires selecting a plan and completing the checkout flow. Access to paid features depends on an active, paid plan.

4. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms and your active plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own educational purposes, including creating worksheets and distributing the worksheets you generate to your own students.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • The Service, including its software, source code, design, user interface, graphics, logos, the “BeeMath LAB” name and marks, templates, and all related content (excluding your own uploaded content), is owned by BeeMath LAB and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. © 2026 BeeMath LAB. All rights reserved.
  • Except for the rights expressly granted here, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service or any part of it.
  • You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

6. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of the worksheets you create and of any images or materials you upload (“Your Content”).
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to save your projects and render your worksheets).
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important materials.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose;
  • resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service itself (as opposed to the worksheets you create for your own teaching);
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits, security, or payment requirements;
  • upload malware or content that is illegal, abusive, or that violates others’ rights.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties such as our cloud database/authentication provider, payment provider, and hosting/content-delivery providers. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that generated problems, answer keys, or other output are error-free; you are responsible for reviewing materials before use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any data will not be lost.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeMath LAB and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeMath LAB from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
