Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and one-time purchases of BeeMath LAB (the “Service”) can be cancelled and when refunds are available. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use.

1. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Subscription plans (e.g., monthly and annual) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again.
• Cancelling does not, by itself, generate a refund for the current period except as described below or as required by law.

2. Refunds

• 14-day satisfaction window: If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of a plan.
• Renewals: Charges for automatic renewals are generally non-refundable; please cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Lifetime plan: The one-time “lifetime” purchase may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the Service has not been used in a substantial or abusive way.
• We may decline refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

3. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel your subscription or request a refund, contact us at support@beemathlab.com with your account email and order details, or manage your subscription from your account settings or the receipt provided by our payment provider. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our third-party payment provider. Processing times depend on that provider and your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
